BackgroundHypertension LVH is closely related to over-burden of blood stream dynamics and neuroendocrine.It has been confirmed that rennin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS) plays an important role in hypertension LVH.AngⅡis a vital active material which induces myocardial hypertrophy.Therefore,the drugs that can interdict RAAS and AngⅡactivity can decrease the incidence rate of myocardial hypertrophy and have benefit in reversing LVH.There hash't defination and diagnosis of LVH in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),but have many kinds of theories about pathogen and pathogenesis.The theory of Qi and Blood states that:"Qi promotes Blood and Blood support Qi." They dependent on each other.Therefore,blood stasis exhausts Qi,influences its generation and movement,results in deficiency of Qi eventually.Deficiency of Qi also will worsen blood stasis,so they generate a vicious circle.According to this theory,applying the drugs of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis can prevent and treat LVH.ObjectionsResearching the influence of JiangYa TongMai Decoction on hypertrophic myocardial cell which is induced by AngⅡand making clear its effect on suppressing myocardial hypertrophy.MethodsThrough looking up the related documents of modern medicine at home and abroad in nearly ten years,the definition,type and epidemiology of LVH will be realized deeply.As the development of signal transduction pathway,the mechanism of LVH has a profound explanation.Moreover,the prevention and treatment of LVH also have made a progress.From TCM perspective,promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis is the most common treatment in reversing LVH nowadays.Based on this point,probing the theory of JiangYa TongMai Decoction is significant.In the experiment,establish a model of hypertrophic myocardial cell which is induced by AngⅡat first,then add JiangYa TongMai Decoction to intervene the hypertrophic cell,and test the change of protein volume before and after intervening.The main purpose is to detect the signal transduction pathway of JiangYa TongMai Decoction surpressing myocardial hypertrophy.Conclusion(1) The formation of hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy is closely related neuroendocrine factors.The stimulation signals,through many signal pathway,increase protein synthesis,cell volume and mesenchymal collagen synthesis which have LVH.(2) AngⅡon cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes cells significantly promote the role of mast.(3) JiangYa TongMai Decoction can suppress myocardial hypertrophy by influencing AKT signal pathway.
