| Objective : It is to discuss the mechanism of Yangxin Anshen decoctionimproving Myocardial ischemia , through observing the clinical effect of Yangxin Anshen decoction improving Myocardial ischemia in stable angina pectoris patients with CHD (coronary heart disease) .Methods: 60 stable angina pectoris patients with CHD, who are suit forstandard of medical cases, were chosen and randomly divided into two groups. Control group was treated with imdur, Treatment group was given Suanzaoren decoction on the base of control group. After fourteen days' treatment, the symptom of AP (angina pectoris) and TCM (tradition Chinese medicine) in the two groups were observed, and the effect of ECG (electrocardiogram) and disease were also observed.Results : Compared with control group, the symptom of AP (angina pectoris)and TCM (tradition Chinese medicine) in treatment group has greater improvement, and the effect of AP , TCM, ECG (electrocardiogram) and disease is obviously better than which in control group. Comparing the symptom of TCM in groups indicates that no differents exist in stagnation of heart-blood group and stagnation of phlegm heart-vessel group,the other two groups also have no differents. Except that, differents exist in groups. The two groups have better improvement than the other two groups on the symptom of TCM.Conclusion:Yangxin Anshen decoction has protective function on theischemia cardiac muscle in stable angina pectoris patients with CHD, and it has better effect in stagnation of heart-blood group and stagnation of phlegm heart-vessel group, that suggests the "heart controls mental and emotional activities , heart controls blood" theory is cbjective and scientific . That also suggests it is feasible to improve myocardial ischemia through improving emotion. |
