The Banxiaxiexin Decoction Clinical Observations, To Improve Non-erosive Reflux Disease Reflux Symptoms And Quality Of Life

Background : non-erosive reflux disease (NERD) is chronic, relapsing condition, also termed endoscopy-negative reflux disease or symptomatic GERD, affecting up to 70% of GERD, and affects the quality of life of patients. NERD patients appear as a heterogeneous population with multiple and substantially different mechanisms implicated in the genesis of symptoms. Antacid therapy result is not satisfactory, now it become a hot topic. Instructors flexibility in the used of Banxia xiexin tang jiajian decoction for treatment of the disease has markedly effect.Objective : This study was to investigate : The clinical efficacy of Modifying Banxia xiexin tang Decoction to improve the patients reflux symptoms and the living quality.Methods : A total of 100 outpatients were eligible for the herbal treatment for one month as a course, follow-up after treatment. Observed reflux symptoms and quality of life before and after the treatment.Results : After one month of Chinese medicine treatment, patients with NERD showed significant improvement in the reflux symtoms and the quality of life.Conclusion : With Banxia xiexin decoction to treatment NERD can alleviate the reflux symptoms and improve the living quality of the patients. This method is suggested many more ways to play treatment to NERD.
