| Objective: In this study,RDQ scores and TCM syndrome scores of patients with refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease before and after treatment were used to evaluate the clinical effect of modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction,to clarify the pathogenesis of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease and the cubic significance of modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction.Methods: According to the method of random number table,60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 in each group.The treatment group was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction,one dose per day,twice a day.The control group was treated with 40 mg pantoprazole sodium enteric coated capsule,1 capsule per time,twice a day.The treatment period was 4 weeks.After 4 weeks,rdq score,TCM syndrome score,total effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed,and their safety was tested.Results:(1)After treatment,the scores of single symptom of Western medicine in the two groups were compared: compared with before treatment,P < 0.05;compared between the two groups after treatment,P < 0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)After treatment,the total score of Western Medicine symptoms of the two groups was compared:compared with before treatment,P < 0.05;after treatment,the score of the two groups was compared,P < 0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)After treatment,the scores of single symptoms in two groups were compared: compared with before treatment,P < 0.05;after treatment,the scores in two groups were compared,P < 0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were compared: compared with before treatment,P < 0.05;after treatment,the scores between the two groups were compared,P < 0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group.(5)The curative effect comparison of traditional Chinese medicine: in the treatment group,6 cases were cured,12 cases were effective,9 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90%;in the control group,1 case was cured,8 cases were effective,13 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 73.3%;the effective rate of the two groups was compared,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(6)Safety assessment: after treatment,four vital signs of the two groups of patients were examined again,three routine,biochemical indicators(liver function,renal function)and ECG were detected;the results did not indicate abnormal conditions,indicating that this study is safe.(7)Comparison of recurrence rate: after the end of treatment,follow-up visit was conducted in the form of telephone 8 weeks later.Among the 27 patients in the treatment group who were cured,effective and effective,2 had recurrence rate of 7.4%;among the 22 patients in the control group who were cured,effective and effective,7 had recurrence rate of 31.8%.The recurrence rate of the two groups was compared,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion: Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction is superior to pantoprazole sodium enteric coated capsule in symptom improvement and clinical efficacy in the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease of cold and heat type,and its recurrence rate is low and its safety is acceptable.It is worth further promotion and application in clinical practice.Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction is used to regulate the rising and falling Qi mechanism of middle Jiao.Through clinical symptom evaluation,the curative effect is excellent,indicating that it is difficult to treat The pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease in traditional Chinese medicine is caused by the disorder of rising and falling of Zhongjiao Qi.The cubic meaning of Jiawei Banxia Xiexin Decoction is to use cold and warm together,to open and bitter,so as to restore the rising and falling mechanism of Zhongjiao Qi. |
