Objective:To explore the effect of"Sanwuhuangqintang"and its plus minus on the typeⅠallergic SD rats with Dampness-Heat.Methods:56 rats were divided into seven groups randomly:the blank group,the model group,the"Sanwuhuangqintang"plus angelicae group,"Sanwuhuangqintang" plus rhizome group,the"Sanwuhuangqintang"plus rhizome and angelicae group,the positive control group(Mizolastine).Excluding the blank group,the allergic animal model with Dampness-Heat was established in the moist heat circumstance by the combined method,including tart food with affluent fat and sugar plus typeⅠallergy.All the rats of the treated groups were irrigate with drug,after 7 days,all the rats were executed,Adopting ELISA to detect the content of serumal total IgE of the rats,the microstructure of major organ such as thymus spleen liver stomach and so on was observed under optical microscope with image analysis system.Results:1.All the herbal prescription could cut down the content of serumal total IgE,comparing with the model group,there was significant difference(P<0.01),but no obvious difference between all the herbal groups.2.All the herbal prescription could ease gastrointestinal blood vessel extension and inflammatory cell infiltrate,ease fatty change of the liver,but no chang in thymus,spleen and skin.Conclusions:All the herbal prescription can resist typeⅠallergic reaction effectively,ease gastrointestinal Inflammatory reaction and protect liver of the rats。But there are no notable difference between all the herbal groups.
