Clearing Heat Removing Dampness Strengthen Spleen And Xiao Zheng Prescription Combined With IR Regimen For Treatment Of Advanced Colorectal Cancer

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of clearing heat removing dampness strengthen spleen and xiao zheng prescription combined with Irinotecan and Raltitrexed for patients with advanced colon cancer.Methods:A total of 60 patients with advanced colon cancer were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with clearing heat removing dampness strengthen spleen and xiao zheng prescription(Angelica Sinensis,Fritillary Bulb,Sophora Flavescens,Lanceolata,Poria,Fried Atractylodes,Yam,Coix seed,Prepared Pinellia,Tangerine Peel,Solanum Nigrum,Patrinia Villosa Juss,Zedoary,Prepared Licorice and so on)before chemotherapy 2 days,take it after 2 hours of lunch and supper,one time daily for 10 days.The control group only have Irinotecan(180 mg/m2,ivgtt 90 min,dl)and Raltitrexed(3 mg/m2,ivgtt 15min,d2).one cycle of chemotherapy has 3 weeks,after 2 cycles evaluated short-term effect,TCM syndrome,KPS,quality of life,tumor markets and adverse effect.Results:No statistical difference was found between the two groups in regard to response rate,disease control rate,KPS,tumor markets,Liver Kidney injury and myelosuppression(P>0.05).Total improvement rate of life quality and improvement rate of TCM syndrome in treatment group were significantly higher than control group,the incidence of hypoleucocytosis nausea,diarrhea was significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clearing heat removing dampness strengthen spleen and xiao zheng prescription combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve clinical symptoms and quality of life,reduce the incidence of hypoleucocytosis nausea,diarrhea.
