There are two parts in the paper.The first part is the quality research: Determine the content of total saponin;The contents of paridis mensurated by high-performance liquid chromatography;Setting up Paridis Decumbens HPLC fingerprinting.In the second part,we investigate the preparing technique of paridis:To study the technology of the purification process of total saponins of paridis;To study the replicate technology of membrane.
