Lumbosacral radiculitis is a common cause of low back pain and leg pain. The main symptom is chronic low back pain and intermittent claudication, which makes serious impact on the health status and life quality of patients, and the incidence rate showed an upward trend year after year.Domestic and international epidemiological surveys show that the rate of incidence of a disease is about 2%,no significant difference between men and women, and younger. The main reason leading to low back pain is generally considered to be mechanical compression which is extruded by protruding lumbosacral nerve root, however,a large number of clinical evidences show that the severity of pain of the patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation do not obviously correlate with the size of the protruding lumbar intervertebral disc. Moreover, inflammation of the nerve roots can also lead to an injury of adjacent to the spinal cord nerve tissue vicinity spinal nerves and tissue, and an obstacle to the neurons and nerve fiber regeneration and repair. Therefore,in the treatment of low back pain and leg pain caused by lumbosacral radiculitis should be taken into account the following two aspects:First,it is as soon as possible to take measures to reduce lumbosacral radiculitis;Second, it should be managed to prevent and relieve the secondary spinal cord nerve tissue damage caused by lumbosacral radiculitis. This subject discuss the security and effectiveness of Chinese herb Chuanxiong in the treatment of chronic blockage due to cold-dampness style lumbosacral radiculitis by observing the clinical efficacy of sacral injection therapy with ligustrazine phosphate. And to find a fast, effective and safe means of non-surgical treatment for lumbosacral radiculitis patients,to develop a new vision and ideas for the treatment of lumbosacral radiculitis,as well as to provide basic information for making a safe and effective operating condition of sacral injection therapy with Chinese herb and to better promote the use of it.Methods:According to the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1994 enacted the "efficacy of TCM syndrome diagnosis criteria" related to low back pain(arthralgia syndrome) diagnostic criteria and will be chronic blockage due to cold-dampness style lumbar sacral nerve root inflammation in patients with 60 cases were divided into two groups:the use of drip method of treatment of sacral lumbosacral nerve root inflammation,to 0.9%saline 500ml+phosphate Ligustrazine O.1g+lidocaine O.1g+dexamethasone caudal 5mg solution for infusion as the observation group to 0.9%saline 500ml+lidocaine O.1g+dexamethasone treatment 5mg solution as a control group,30 cases each week infusion of the second sacral line, four times as a course of treatment to patients with low back pain, lower limb radiating pain,Intermittent Claudication,straight-leg raising, feeling under the skin, muscle, tendon reflex as an index to improve the situation to observe the clinical efficacy.Efficacy of pre-and post-treatment score. The assessment of pain is introduced The simplify McGill Pain Questionnaire was used to evaluate the pain level,it contains pain rating index T,visual analogue scales, and pain rating index PRI.A low score express slight pain,a height score express intensity pain. How the pain to affect activities of daily living is adopted with the lumbalgia evaluation table of Japanese orthopedics and traumatology, full marks are 29, the high mark mean better ability. All data is inputted into computer, managed and processed by SPSS17.0 for windows. The numeration data requiresx2-test, metrology requires(?)x±s,two groups of measurement data comparison requires T-test,ingroup of measurement data comparison requires exponents sample T-test,P<0.05 means significance.Results:1.Symptom improvement:symptom was obviously improved, the MPQ integration has obviously disparation(P<0.01);2.Comparison between the therapy and control group has significant deviation(P<0.05),Symptom improvement of the therapy group is more obviously;3.Comparison about activity of daily living:Symptom improvement of the therapy group is more obviously than the control group about activity of daily living.Conclusion:1 Sacral injection therapy can lessen the pain symptom of chronic blockage due to cold-dampness style lumbosacral radiculitis patient.2 Sacral injection therapy with ligustrazine phosphate can get preferable therapeutic effect with lessen the pain symptom of chronic blockage due to cold-dampness style lumbosacral radiculitis patient than tradition injection therapy.3 Sacral injection therapy with ligustrazine phosphate can obviously improve the quality of life of chronic blockage due to cold-dampness style lumbosacral radiculitis patient.
