Part 1 Literature ReviewsCOPD accompanied by some noticeable external effects of lung,which can increase the degree of COPD.Depression is one of effects.50%Patient of COPD were going with depressed anxiety,Mentality disease affect the quality of life of the patients with COPD gravely,it is one of the reasons to increase the dgree of dyspnea and death.In the theory of TCM,Psychological state based on qi,xue,yin and yang of wuzang.Sorrow and sorrowful both belong to lung.Feeling and aspiration were in regular range,when qi and xue is sufficient,and yin and yang balance, otherwise,Sorrow and sorrowful will Lead to disease.lung-qi deficiency and abnormal feeling and aspiration Influence each other,last,it brings about vicious circle.Our objects is to study on clinical characteristic or feature of COPD going with depressed anxiety,discuss the relationship between COPD and depressed anxiety,study the distributing of TCM syndrome,improve the level of treatment and precaution From this study.Part 2 Study on the TCM syndrome of COPD with Depressed AnxietyStudy Background and Objective:COPD is one of the major global public health problem.In our country, COPD is a important chronic respiratory diseases and also serious harms people's health.Patients with COPD not only to bear the pain of the body disease,there are also lots of anxiety,depression,helpless and negative emotions such fears.They seriously affect survival in patients with quality.These psychological disorders for COPD again and development has important influence,induce or aggravate symptoms of the disease. Depression is not only the consequences of COPD,is not easy to control and deterioration of COPD,serious influence COPD patients,the quality of life in patients with COPD death is one of the important reasons.Current status of drug therapy is the treatment of depression,anxiety disorders, useless,specificity,side effects,and easy to breathe dependent function inhibition.TCM holds that emotions change is the physiological activities of viscera function and dysfunction of the zang-fu organs are also signs of pathology. COPD belongs to the category of TCM "lung expansion" and "surge".TCM pathogenesis is "ben xu biao shi".TCM syndrome type of COPD going with depressed anxiety is unclear.This topic research methods adopted cross-sectional survey,Study of syndromes distribution,and provide new ideas for future improvement of quality of life.Methods:Adopted cross-sectional survey,Select the hospitalized patients with COPD(Xiyuan Hospital,July,2008-2009 March).Survey general information, past medical history,family contact,HAD,syndrome.Results:The study involved patients with COPD total 105,male 65(61.91%), HAD＞7(49.52%);female 40(38.09%),HAD＞7(20.96%).Patients who HAD≤7 total 31(29.52%),HAD8-10 24cases(22.86%),HAD11-14 23 cases(21.91%),HAD15-21 27cases(25.71%).Patiens who HAD＞7 total 74cases,70.48%.Degree of difficulty in breathing:0,1,2,3,4,case:1(16.67%),9(52.94%), 28(68.29%),22(84.62%),13(86.67%).TCM symdrome:Qi deficiency of lung, Phlegmy-heat obstructing lung,Phlefmy obstructing lung,Yin deficiency of kidney,Yang deficiency of kidney,Qi stagnant and blood stasis.Conclusions:There are a lot of patients with COPD anxiety,depression and negative emotions etc.The first and second TCM syndrome are Qi deficiency of lung and Phlefmy-heat obstructing lung.Symptoms of anxiety produced by gender, age,difficulty breathing.Small sample task have disadvantages to study distribution of syndrome.It indicates anxiety state of COPD patients with pulmonary nots allow to ignore.Anxiety is part of COPD,is not two kinds of disease.It provides a new approach to diagnosis and treatment of the future.
