| The paper consists two parts:literature review and experimental study.First Section:Literature SummaryThe literature review introduces the clinical survey of the electro-acupuncture and auricular plaster thearpy on the obesity.It contains three major portions about the obesity:the recognition of the modem medicine on the obesity, the recognition of the traditional Chinese medicine on the obesity,the study of acupuncture treatment on the obesity.Second Section:Clinical ResearchObjective:To discuss the curative effect of the electro-acupuncture and auricular plaster therapy on the obesity.Methods:Female Patients of obesity were divided into two groups stochasticly:electro-acupuncture Group and combined Group.Each group has 30 patients.The patients of electro-acupuncture Group accepted electro-acupuncture therapy.The patients of combined Group accepted electro-acupuncture therapy and ear pressing therapy.Then,detect the changes of the BMI,F%,waistline,buttock-line.Results:(1) Compared with the scores before the acu-therapy,the BMI,F%,waistline,buttock-line level in two Group all dropped(P＜0.01).(2) Compared with the two group,the combined Group dropped obviously (P＜0.05).Conclusion:(1) The most types of syndrome about obesity patients were deficiency of the spleen with abundance of dampness and stagnation of the liver Qi.(2) The effect of the electro-acupuncture and auricular plaster therapy on the obesity is all prominent(P＜0.01).(3)The effect ofthe compared therapy was better than single therapy (P＜0.05). |
