Clinical Study Of Obesity Treated By Acusector Combined With Auricular Plaster Therapy

Objective:To investigate clinical effect and mechanism on simple obesity treated by acusector combined with auricular plaster therapy. Method:Sixty patients of simple obesity were randomly divided into the acusector group and the group of acusector combined with auricular plaster therapy, then relevant therapy was carried out. After 3 months, we summarized the clinical effect, and observed patients'changes of FatCalculator(waistline, hipline, share wai, body mass index, FAT and VFA), then these data were analyzed.Result:After the treatment, waistline, hipline, share wai, body mass index, FAT and VFA of patients of the two groups were all decreased, there was the significant difference in these indicator before and after treatment(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 67% and 70% respectively. It suggested that both acusector and acusector combined with auricular plaster therapy were effective therapies to the simple obesity. The drop-out value in all the indicators after the treatment was compared by t-test of independent sample, we found the drop-out value of FAT,waistline,VFA between two therapies was ignificant difference(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in BMI, hipline and share wai. It suggested that acusector combined with auricular plaster therapy was better in reducing the value of FAT, waistline, VFA than simple acusector. The effective rate of acusector combined with auricular plaster therapy is greater than acusector, but there was no significant difference.Conclusion:Both acusector and acusector combined with auricular plaster therapy were effective therapies to the simple obesity, and acusector combined with auricular plaster therapy was better in reducing the value of FAT, waistline, VFA than simple acusector.
