The New Electro-acupuncture Device Acute Adjuvant Arthritis Rat Model Of Analgesic Anti-inflammatory Role

Pain as the primary symptoms of humanity,which wouid be accompanied by any kind of diseases,causing physiological and psychological suffering,those are serious impact on quality of life.Acute pain is deep and stimulating,and it has more mental stimulation on patients.Acupuncture has increasingly been used in the field of pain relief as an effective method of treatment.Electro-acupuncture not only has stable performance,standard features and treatment parameters,but also contributes to the promotion of clinical action.TSC -V1 stimulator has made lots of improvement on some aspects which based on the traditional electro-acupuncture.In this paper,the large numbers of pre-trial are the basis of experiments to acute adjuvant arthritis rats model for the research,focusing on the nerve - endocrine-immune network links to ENK,β-endorphin,IL-1β,IL -4,IL-10,TNF-αas the breakthrough point,combined with histological sections and behavioral tests, observation of the immune-mediated factors such as changes in the material,as well as the impact of acupuncture on their comparison and summary of the different function methods of acupuncture analgesia,thereby study the mechanism of TSC-V1 stimulator act on acute adjuvant arthritis rats model.In the experiment,50 male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups as follows:blank control group,model group,V1 single-point group,V1 double-point group and model group of hand needles,the acu-point is Zusanli(ST36).Compare the differences between above groups on some aspects of analgesic effect. Experimental results show that:On the basis of successful model of adjuvant arthritis,the acupuncture regulating action is various,the multi- links,the multi- ways,the multi- levels,the acupuncture to the nerve,the endocrine,the immunity,and these three systems has the control action.Thus we can reach the following conclusions:1.TSC -V1 can raise the content of plasmaβ-endorphin and enkephalin to achieve the regulation of acupuncture analgesia effect,in which TSC-V1 single- points group has the most obvious effect.2.TSC-V1 can be regulating IL-1,TNF-αlevel to reduce the degree of inflammatory response the body.3.TSC -V1 can adjust the acute rat model of adjuvant arthritis in IL-4,IL-10 level, so as to reduce the inflammatory response in the body,and its specific mechanism may be related to the restoration of the balance of the Th1/Th2 ratio.It is suggested that the bilateral adjustment of acupuncture.4.TSC -V1 could relieve the local inflammatory response,reduce the seeping out of inflammation and promote absorption.Under the microscope,we observe the joint synovium inflammation cell to infiltrate obviously reduces,articular cartilage structure integrity,effective of the application of TSC-V1 stimulator is more visible.5.TSC-V1 makes effect through the central and peripheral,to regulate the body, related with neurotransmitter synthesis and cytokine release,and then act on the nerve - endocrine - immune network,and the function of the complexity of the network to reduce the acute inflammation in rats.The acupuncture regulating action is variable, multi- links,multi- ways,and multi- levels.The acupuncture has the regulate action to the nerve,the endocrine,and the immunity systems.
