The Poison Damaged Brain Network "syndrome Of Changes In White Blood Platelet Aggregation In The Acute Phase Of Stroke

Objective:Investigating and analyzing clinical syndromes of 45 stroke patients at 72h and 14^th day,to research the correlation between syndromes changing and platelet aggregation.Meanwhile,observing the before and after change of the platelet aggregation and the syndromes in the group of Kudiezi and Xuesaitong,probe into the clinical meaning of platelet aggregation,and the effect of detoxicating method in treating stroke in acute stage.Methods:45 patidets who got strock within 72h were tested blood platelet aggregation scale firet then sepereated randomly into the group of Kudiezi and Xuesaitong,and collected informations within 72h and the 14^th day,including clinical symptoms and platelet aggregation scale.The statistical analysis is used to view the relationship and difference.Results:In the acute stage of stroke,the most syndrome is wind,the second is phlegm and the third is fire,the Yin-deficiency and Yang-hyperactive is the least. In the acute stage,there are statistical significance in fire and Yin-deficiency about platelet aggregation,and their P-value is 0.025 and 0.022(P＜0.05).The other is no statistical significance.In 14^th,besides the Yang-hyperactive,other is less then the acute,especially the wind and Yin-deficiency,the percentage are 83.83%and 43.48%.In the stage,there is statistical significance in phlegm about the platelet aggregation,P-value is 0.014.The platelet aggregation between gudiezi and Xuesaitong is no statistical significance.Analysis:The research showes that within 72h,the platelet aggregation is inhibitory state while in 14^th day post-treatment the platelet aggregation is nearly back to normal range which is means the number of patients' platelet aggregation in normal range are increase.Statistics analysis showes there is no ststistically significant in the condition of 72h and 14^th day.There is no ststistically significant between meal and femeal.The platelet aggregation between Kudiezi and Xuesaitong is no statistical significance.Conclusion:From the study,the level of platelet aggregation in acute stage is inhibit,but with disease goes better,it tendency into normal level.Within 72h,there are statistical significance in fire and Yin-deficiency about platelet aggregation,and in 14^th day the phlegm has its statistical significance.There is no statistical significance between or in the group of Kudiezi and Xuesaitong.
