Discussion And Efficacy Of Anemia Chinese Medicine Sub-objective Indicators Of Chronic Regeneration

Purpose:Analysis of objective index on patterns of imbalance in patients with Chronic Aplastic Anemia.Total 260 patients who hospitalized in Xiyuan Hospital during 1988 to 2008 were collected and analyzed on various factors in relationship with the TCM differentiation patterns,with the purpose of finding a new way to diagnose and treat the Chronic Aplastic Anemia.Methods:260patients with Chronic Aplastic Anemia who hospitalized in Xiyuan Hospital during 1988 to 2008 were collected,divided into three patterns of imbalance,such as: Kidney yin deficiency,Kidney yang deficiency,Kidney deficiency in both yin and yang.Compare the immune and hematopoietic function before and after the treatment, and analysis of the objective factors related with the patterns of imbalance in order to find something about the immunopathogenesis of Chronic Aplastic Anemia.Compare the effect of different patterns and summarize the relationship between the patterns and therapeutic regimen according to evaluation criteria formulated by Zhinan,Zhang《Diagnosis of Hematologic Diseases and Criteria for therapeutic effect》.Result:Differentiate the Chronic Aplastic Anemia and analyze with SPSS 13.0:1,The number of WBC and PLT prior to the treatment in Kidney yang deficiency group is greater than another two groups.2,The percentage of G in marrow prior to treatment in Kidney deficiency in both yin and yang group is much higher than Kidney yin deficiency group.The number of G/E in comparison with the three patterns,from top to bottom follows as Kidney deficiency in both yin and yang group,Kidney yang deficiency group,Kidney yin deficiency group.3,Hb after six months' treatment is more in Kidney yin deficiency group than in Kidney yang deficiency group;The percentage of G in marrow atfter six months' treatment is higher in Kidney yin deficiency group than in Kidney deficiency in both yin and yang group;The number of G/E atfter six months' treatment,from top to bottom follows as Kidney deficiency in both yin and yang group,Kidney yin deficiency group,Kidney yang deficiency group.4,The percentage of Lymph cell in marrow gets down obviously in effective group with Kidney yang deficiency group.The number of trophic nucleus in bone marrow in effective group is higher than ineffective group with both Kidney yin deficiency group and Kidney yang deficiency group.5,The percentage of CD3+CD4+CD8+,CD3+CD25+ are higher in patients got effectiveness than in patients without effectiveness in Kidney yin deficiency group; The CD4+/CD8+ number prior to the treatment is higher in patients got effectiveness than in patients without effectiveness in Kidney yang deficiency group.6,The CD4+/CD8+ number,the percentage of CD3+CD4-CD8-,CD3-CD19+ prior to the treatment with effect are higher in Kidney yang deficiency group than in Kidney yin deficiency group.7,There are total 260 patients with Chronic Aplastic Anemia were collected and the total effective rate is 58.5%.95 patients in Kidney yin deficiency group got effect, 47 patients in Kidney yang deficiency group got effect,and 10 patients in Kidney deficiency in both yin and yang group got effect.8,The effective rate of the group treated with herbs plus androgen is 61.8%,the effective rate of the group treated with herbs plus androgen and CsA is 39.0%.Conclusion:There are some objective factors in the differentiation of patterns in patients with Chronic Aplastic Anemia.The number of WBC and PLT prior to the treatment in Kidney yang deficiency group is greater than another two groups;The percentage of G in marrow prior to treatment in Kidney deficiency in both yin and yang group is much higher than Kidney yin deficiency group.The number of G/E in comparison with the three patterns,from top to bottom follows as Kidney deficiency in both yin and yang group,Kidney yang deficiency group,Kidney yin deficiency group.The number of trophic nucleus in bone marrow and HB could be taken as the factors that affect the effiency for Kidney yin deficiency group and Kidney yang deficiency group. The percentage of Lymph cell and the percentage of CD3+CD25+ could be taken as the factor that affect the Kidney yin deficiency group's effiency.The number of CD4+/CD8+,the percentage of CD3+CD4-CD8- andCD3-CD19+ prior to the treatment could be taken as the factor that affect the Kidney yang deficiency group's effiency.It is effective to treat Chronic Aplastic Anemia by means of integration of Chinese and western medicine,the effective rate is 58.5%.
