Female urinary incontinence is one of diseases which haut a great number of older women. In the clinic, it shows that urine outflow intermittently or continuously from the urethra. Because of enuresis, body has smell, so that it limits the social activities, sports activites and physical work, and it has seriously affected the life qualities of patients, and caused tremendous psychological pressure. Electrical stimulation technology is the method which uses the electrical pulses in place of the brain's nerve impulses to make muscle contact and apply some different body parameters in the treatment of diseases. Electrial stimulation can be an effective rehabilitation treatment to the neuromuscular system, circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive system and others diseases. Elcetonical stimulation technology is the clinical means of physical therapy and has an important significance in the filed of rehabilitation engineering research.This paper comprehensively introduces the causes of female urinary incontinence, electronic therapeutic techniques and so on. Combining a comprehensive introduction of the treatment of female urinary invontinence at home and abroad, this paper makes full use of the advantages of biofeedback and electronical stimulation treatment and proposes a method which electronical stimulation treatment combines with biofeedback. In the paper, we design an elctronical stimulation system based on 89s51 single-chip.It could output a wide range of frequency, amplitude adjustable electrical pulse signal, and make computer and sigle-chip communication achieve the control of a signal acquisition and stimulation. The main method is to use the electrodes placed inside the Vagina, at different current status, and then contol the constant current parameters through the DAC of Single-chip to complete multi-pulse constant-current output mode, and intermittently simulate the Perineum nerve. Through the procedure, we can inhibit the contraction of detrusor and increase the urethral resistance to control the urine leakage, in order to achieve the purpose of the treatment of female urinary incontinence.This paper has a detailed representation about the pathological content and electrical stimulation system. It has declared through their clinical applications that the medical system has a good effect to the therapeutic apparatus of stress, urgency and mixed urinary incontinence.
