Supercritical fluid technology is a new and emerging technologies with the use of the haracteristics supercritical fluid.Supercritical fluid is a fluid close to the critical temperature (Tc) and the critical pressure(Pc),between the gas and liquid.Use the small temperature and pressure changes in the vicinity of its critical point the solubility of several subjects have magnitude mutation to achieve the good extraction and separation.By changing the pressure or temperature to change the nature of SCF,to selectively extract the purpose of various types of compounds.Carbon dioxide(CO2) is the most commonly used in SCF.Therefore, the Chinese herbal effective components in supercritical fluid extraction is lot.The Polarity of SCF-CO2 is low, apply to drawing non-polarity or small polarity compound, but the resolving degree to polarity matter is very low, often have to join the cosolvent to make it improve the solubility waiting for an extraction component while improving or maintaining selectivity。As a result of these characteristics, supercritical fluid has great potential applications in recent years has become a hot spot of research.Major effecting factors:extract temperature;extract time;extract pressure; conditioner.Bolting optimal extracting conditions by orthogonality experiment and single factor method.Eventually compare SFE(CO2) technique with traditional extract methods.this text carry out as follow researchs mainly:(1) Bolting medical material which contain Flavonoids;(2) Bolting optimal extracting conditions of select medical material;(3) Assaying by HPLC and UV - visible spectrophotometer(4) compare SFE(CO2) technique with traditional extract methods;(5) Summary experimental result,to search commonness regularity;...
