Objective: Clinical therapeutic effect and the change of inorganic elements in humanhair Study on treatment seobrrheic alopecia with acupuncture and tapping rubbing ginger. method.Methods: 90 cases of seobrrheic alopecia were randomly divided into the acupuncture group treated by Acupuncture method, the tapping group treated by tapping with rubbing ginger. and the integrated group treated by acupuncture and tapping with rubbing ginger method. 10 days of a course, after three courses (each of 10 days) of treatment of the same group and among the three groups were compared and analyzed statistically inclinical therapeutic effect and. Once a day in the first two courses, Once every two days at last course. At the same time, the change of inorganic elements in humanhair were determined before and after treatment.Results: the therapeutic rate of cupuncture group was 73.33%, the therapeutic rate of tapping group was 60%, the therapeutic rate of integrated group was 96.7%. The therapeutic effect in the cupuncture group was not better in the tapping group (P>0.05) , the therapeutic effect in the integrated group was better in the acupuncture group and tapping group, with statistically difference among the three group (P<0.05) .The tapping group,the acupuncture group and the integrated group can in chang inorganic elements in humanhair for instance Fe,Cu,Zn, there were difference between before and after treatment (P<0.01) . But there were not difference between before and after treatment (P<0.05) , for instance Ca.Conclusion: the acupuncture and tapping with rubbing ginger method therapy have a definite therapeutic effect on seobrrheic alopecia, This method is worthy to be popularized.
