The Curcuma aromatica Salisb is one of Rhizoma Curcumae varieties which is stipulated by laws. Recently the research about the essential oil which is one of the chemical compositions in it is considerable,but the research about chemical compositions in addition to essential oil is definite.first of all, This topic used the CO2 supercritical fluid extraction method (SFE-CO2) and the steam distillation method (SD) to investigate the extraction conditions of essential oil in the Curcuma aromatica Salisb.In the single agent experiment's foundation,the author used orthogonal experiment to investigate the best abastraction condition .the result indicates: when the extraction pressure is 25Mpa, temperature is 60℃, time is 1.5 hours, the SFE-CO2 method's production rate is 3.86%; when the particle size is 20 mesh, the douked time is 12 hours,time is 6 hours, the SD method's production rates is 2.15%. Secondly, the author analysised the essential oil that instructed by the two method above with the GC-MS. The result indicated:there are 28 species chemical compositions was indentified in total. 12 chemical compositions of the total are identical, these 12 chemical compositions in the totall compositions that SFE-CO2 astracted account 81.32%,and in the totall compositions that SD astracted account 69.60%. Thirdly,concurcumine was extracted from the deoiling essential oil fraction.Finally the author researched the chemical compositions in the Curcuma aromatica Salisb systemly. After extracted with organic solven,the technologies of silica gel column chromatograph and preparation layer were used to separated threemonomer chemical compounds. The recaults that analysesed by physical,chemical and constant determination,and to integrate MS, UV, NMR technologies indicates the threechemical compounds are E-α-atlantone,ar-turmerone,and bisacurone.
