Purpose:This topic blends the bupleurum chinensis which is a medicinal guide and the artemisia capillaris soup, and inspects how bupleurum chinensis affects the changes of material basis in vitro and vivo of jaundice model rats with artemisia capillaris soup .Methods:Respectively take the Saikosaponian a, the chlorogenic acid, the gardenia glucoside, the rheinic acid, and the emodin as the tracking indicators,and in the same liquid chromatography condition and the corresponding components of the indicator under the conditions of maximum absorption wave length,using UV - Visible Spectrophotometry Spectroscopy method, HPLC with the DAD detector and the traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint atlas similar laws, compare the peaks of absorbtion and chromatography of the bupleurum chinensis, the soup of artemisia capillaris,and the extracts of bupleurum chinensis and artemisia capillaris outside the rats of jaundice model in vitro and in vivo.Reasults:In vitro of rats with jaundice, the extracts of bupleurum chinensis and artemisia capillaris soup have two peaks of absorption more than the extracts of bupleurum chinensis,and the artemisia capillaris soup in 232nm, the 220nm, but under other wave length's absorption peak does not have the obvious difference. In vivo of rats with jaundice, the extracts of bupleurum chinensis and artemisia capillaris soup compare to the bupleurum chinensis, they hane obviously different in 414nm , but the spectrogram of HPLC does not have the obvious difference, under the other waves the spectrograms of HPLC and UV also do not have the obvious differences.Conclusion:The bupleurum chinensis fries the fluid material base to the artemisia capillaris soup to have certain influence,providing some experimental basis for blending medicinal guide and the traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription,proving scientific of the theory of medical guide.
