Purpose:1. To study the predominant bacteria in oral cavity of healthy dult2. To study relation of healthy dult gingival sulcus liquid PH value and periodontitisMethod:we collected 14 healthy adult from the 450 healthy adult. Then we collected the predominant bacteria in oral cavity of healthy dult from gingival sulcus liquid bacteria of the 28 healthy adult .we utilize the bacteria to observe antagonistic effect to P.g in identical contion..And we also study difference of predominant bacteria and S.s's antagonistic effect to P.g。we also studyed relation of healthy dult gingival sulcus liquid PH value and eriodontitisResult:1.It can isolate to find a bacteria from oral cavity of healthy adult.2.S.t2008 of germ liquid can repress P.g and its suppressing germ rate is highter than S.s3.Cultural S.t2008 liquid can repress groth of P.g4.Transonic quassation of S.t2008 and S.s can repress P.g and its suppressing germ rate5.Blanding S.t2008 liquid have no suppressing effect to P.g6.Medial gingival sulcus liquid PH value of healthy adult is 6.3 periodontitis gingival sulcus liquid PH value is 8.0Conclusion:1.The S.t2008 is an adult mouth cavity predominant bacteria2 S.t2008.Germ liquid to have the germ function of suppress to P.g3.Cultural S.t2008 liquid has germ function of suppress to P.g4.Blanding S.t2008 liquid have no suppressing effect to P.g5. Medial gingival sulcus liquid PH value of healthy adult is 6.3and periodontitis gingival sulcus liquid PH value is 8.0...
