Objective: To observe effects of the fruit which was extracted by alconl from Acer Sa– ccharum on the activitical constituents, antioxidant ability and anti-inflammattory ability in blo– od serum,which lay the foundation for the further research about Acer Saccharum.Methods: The constituents were extracted by fruit of Acer Saccharum with ethanol, and extracted with petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and butanol, then isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, some structures were identified through spectroscopic analysis and chemical methods. In antioxidant experiment select mouse which are injected into D–galactose to set up the senile modle by carotid back injection and are taked the medicine for 25 days.After 25 days,measure the change value of the SOD and MDA in the blood serum,so we can make compare.In the anti–inflammatory experiment set up the inflammatory modle by the methed of ear swelling.Through the ear swelling rate and inhibition rate to observe anti–inflammatory ability.Results: Seven compounds were isolated from the fruit of plant,and five compound struc- tures were identified.The compound structures identified are D–1–O–methyl–inositol,3,4,5–tri- hydroxy cyclohexene acid, 7–hydroxy–6–methoxy coumarin,β–sitosterol,Daucosterol.The ac- tivety of SOD are: Normal group 202.68(U/mL),Control group 184.29(U/mL),Low-dosage group 348.57 (U/mL), High-dosage group 311.46(U/mL).The Contents of MDA are: Normal group 4.13(U/mL),Control group 24.01(U/mL),Low-dosage group 5.76(U/mL),High-dosage group7.75(U/mL),the D–galactose may induce the mouse to produce the senile change,compar– es with the control group, the senile model group displays the blood serum SOD activeness to drop (P<0.05),The MDA content elevates (P<0.05);Gives the fruit of Acer Saccharum suspens– ion can obviously enhance D–galactose senile model mouse blood serum SOD activeness (P<0.05), reduces the MDA content (P<0.05).The ear swelling rate are:Control group 41.7(mg) ,Electropositive group 37.6(mg),Low–dosage group 31.2(mg), High–dosage group 39.5(mg), Low–dosage group compared with the positive group,the ear inhibition rate of Low-dosage higher than the positive group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The componds which had been identified are steroidal,coumarin, multi–hydr– oxy fatty acids and glycose were isolated from the plant for the first time. The ethanol extraction of fruit from Acer Saccharum has a distinguished effect on increasing antioxidative and anti- inflammatory ability,The results show that Acer Saccharum has a significant anti-inflammatory action either.
