Science Research, To The Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Tcm Syndromes

Objective:Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the common ch ronic complication of diabetes, which has a high incidence and early onset, and it can result in foot ulceration and amputation. DPN seriously reduced the patient's quality of life. TCM has advantage on treating the disease, But it has not been used to unified stand ardization and normalization of syndrome differentiation. This study probes into the syndrome feature and suseptibility factors of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and try to find the relations betwe en Chinese medicine syndromes and indicators, and to expand the visi on of Diagnostic Methods.Method:Review 110cases which has DPN, and through collects 110 cases of DPN patient's ordinary circumstances,the physics and chemi stry inspection correlation data.Run the data by statistical analy sis and then to gain the conclusion.Result:1. blood stasis,Yin deficiency, Qi deficiency, Qi depressed, Yang deficiency, phlegm-dampness are frequent syndromes in DPN.2. The results showed that the following syndromes were associated with the other:Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency, Yin deficiency and guitar heat, Yang deficiency and blood stasis, Yang deficiency and guitar heat, Qi deficiency and Qi depressed, Qi deficiency and phlegm-dampness,Qi depressed and Blood stasis, Qi depressed and phlegm-dampness, Qi depressed and guitar heat, Qi depressed and damp-heat, guitar heat and blood stasis, damp-heat and phlegm-dampness, damp-heat and guitar heat 3. blood stasis, phlegm-dampness, Qi depressed, damp-heat, Yang deficiency,a re often acommpained, Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency, guitar heat, he art depressed are ofen acommpained.4. Yin deficiency is the basis of DPN, also it is significantly associated with Phlegm and Blood sta sis.Conclusion:Yin deficiency, Qi deficiency, Qi depressed, Yang defic iency, phlegm-dampnessg are frequent syndromes in DPN.
