Objective:1 Integrate the basic etiological theory and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine, discriminate the type of the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine about the iabetic peripheral neuropathy.2 People can understand the dangerous factors of the disease according to compare and analyze the relational data and factors of the different discriminate the type in Chinese traditional medicine.Method:168 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted in the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou traditional Chinese medical university during the six years have been lassified as the syndrome of heat due to deficiency of yin group(EHDYG), syndrome of dampness-heat disturbing spleen group(DHDSG) , syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin group(DBQYG), syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang group (DBYYG) and syndrome of blood stasis blocking collaterals(BSBCG) with the retrospective research.Record the relational data such as sexual, age, the course of disease, blood pressure, FPG(fasting plasma glucose), HbAlc, TPC(total plasma cholesterol), triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein A, apolipoprotein B, urinary acid, carbamide, creatine, rate of urinary microalbumin, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-responding protein. The cases of syndrome deficiency of both qi and yin group(DBQYG) was compared with syndrome of heat due to deficiency of yin group (EHDYG), syndrome of dampness-heat disturbing spleen group(DHDSG), syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang group(DBQYG) and syndrome of blood stasis blocking collaterals(BSBCG)A computer package of SPSS Advanced Statistics 10.0 was used to analyze the data. All the continuous variables are presented as mean ±SEM. We used one-way ANOVA test and a Student t test to estimate relationships of the enumeration data, chisquare analysis was employed to estimate the measurement data, and did relational analysis. Result:Compared with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin group (DBQYG) and sy -ndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang group(DBYYG), the group of syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang group(DB YYG) has longer course of disease but has no statistically significance. The syndrome of heat due to deficiency of yin group(EHDYG)was higher in fasting plasma glucose (FPG)level and has statistically significance P<0.01). The syndrome of blood stasis blocking collaterals (BSBCG) was higher in systolic ressure and diastolic pressure ,but has no statistically significance. The Syndrome of dampness-heat disturbing spleen group(DHDSG) and syndrome of blood stasis blocking collaterals(BSBCG) were higher than syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin group(DBQYG) in HbAlc, and have statistically significance.( respectively p<0.05)TheCHOL> TG^ ApoB, LDI^C of Syndrome of blood stasis blocking collaterals group(BSBCG) was higher than that of syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin group (DBQYG) except HDL-C, but the difference has no statistically significance; TG> ApoB , HDI^C of Syndrome of blood stasis blocking collaterals group(BSBCG) were different from that of syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin group(DBQYG), and the difference has statistically significance(respectively p<0.05). HDI^C was higher in syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang group(DBQYG) and has statistically significance (P<0.01).Syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang group(DBQYG ) was higher in BUN> Q\ A/C^ ESR> CRP> UA, especially have statistically significance in BUN^ A/C> UA (respectively p<0.01). Compared A/C, UA between syndrome of blood stasis blocking collaterals(BSBCG) and syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin group(DBQYG) have statistically significance (respectively p<0.01). DPN peripheral neuropathy was more common in syndrome of blood stasis blocking collaterals in deficiency yin of TCM symptom, and has statistically significance compared with syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood stasis, of phegm damp and blood stagnation, cold stasis and bloodstagnation in comparatives. Conclusion:Diabetes Mellitus was a disease with complex factors, many factors can worsen the state of illness, such as the course of disease, metabolize function disorder, the change of the blood sugar and so on.With the course of disease, diabetic will have the illness of the blood vessel and blood lipid ,and lead to the multiple system organ failure (MSOF) at last ,and follow the orsening of the disease in diabetic peripheral pathy ,those are the important factors coursed the illness of the diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Traditional Chinese medicine considered that the course of the diabetic peripheral neuropathy was the long high blood sugar stage, which made the blood stasis and ollaterals block, and then led the neurological system dysfunction. Modern medical researching con -sidered that the blood with the high curdles and blood stream tardiness were the important factors coursed the complication of the diabetic neuropathy. Therefore, it is important to prevent the progress of the diabetic peripheral neuropathy, propagandize the healthy life conception and habit. It is more important to treat earlier,...
