Qi Huoxuetongluo Method-based Treatment Of Diabetic Foot ¡ð Efficacy Of Integrative Medicine

Diabetic foot is one of the most serious complication of diabetic,85% of amputations resulting from foot ulcers. Therefore, prevent the occurrence of foot ulcers is the most effective means of reduce diabetic amputation rates. Diabetic Foot 0 is the diabetes who only the peripheral neuropathy associated and vascular disease risk factors with foot. In this study, we will investigate the correlation between Diabetic foot and Sex, age, diabetes mellitus, poor living habits and Diabetes Education. In the same time, we wll evaluate the Effect of the Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo treatment.Method:The 30 cases are Select in the Departments of Kidney and internal secretion disease in Dongzhimen Hospital. In the first, Patients need to fill out the basic information table, accepted examinations and score their symptom. After treat 2-4 weeks, score their symptom again. Use the Sta—tistical Analysis System 8.2 Statistical Analysis the data. P< 0.05 means difference, P< 0.01 means obviously difference.Result:18 Males and 12 females in 30 cases. Average age is 57.3±10.3.4 cases have higher literacy. There only 1 patient attach importance to patients'condition.24 patients never receive the Diabetes Education, Average of HbAlc is 7.68±2.25%. Use Spearman analysis the data, the results showed that there is a relationship between HbAlc and Diabetes Complications. The score of symptom show that 1 case clinical recovery, Markedly effective in 9 cases, Effective in 17 cases,no effective in 3 cases. The efficient is 90%.Thre average of score of symptom before Before treatment is 14.9±4.99 and After treatment is 6.7±5.19. P<0.0001.Conclusion:Through statistical analysis, Male patients with diabetic foot a little more than female patients. Age is a risk factor for occurrence of diabetic foot, there is no clear correlation between the incidence of diabetic foot and the course of diabetes, there is relationship between Educational level, the degree of attention on the disease and the incidence of diabetic foot. Most of Diabetic foot patients are lack of diabetes education. The Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo treatment has effect on Diabetic foot 0.
