Make pathological section of submangibulal gland,obseve if there are lymph cells in these submangibulal gland. 3.3 ResultsThe Chinese herb of plus water can significantly improve the saliva rate of dischange, the experimental rat has signification changes in the submangibulal gland index, Spleen and thymus index.The Chinese herb of plus water can control destruction of submangibulal gland, protect the function of secretion saliva.3.4 ConclusionsThe Chinese herb of plus water can significantly increase the saliva rate of dischange,means that can control destruction of submangibulal gland in model rats of Sjogren's Syndrome,and improve the secretion function, increase the quantity of saliva, then achieve treatment effect of Sjogren's Syndrome.
