Object:1.This thesis obversed the therapeautic effect of Bushenhuoxuejieyu decoction in order tobring forward the thought of treating Depression complicated with rheumatoid arthritis by invigorate the kidney and promoting blood flow and release depression.Huoxuejiedu decoction have improved the patients clinical symptoms, physical signs and laboratory indexs.which seek after the mechanism in treatment and prevention of Depression in rheumatoid with Chinese traditional medicine and provide reliable evidences for application in clinic.2. This thesis also obversed the changes of hypothalamus CRH, pituitary ACTH, adrenal gland and serum CORT in mice that get Depression complicated with collagen-induced arthritis and the intervention of Bushenhuoxuejieyu decoction in order to Explore the mechanism of Depression complicated with collagen-induced arthritis.Method:1.65 cases who accord with the enrolling criterua were randomly classified into two group , patients in treatment group were given Bushenhuoxuejieyu decoction while patients in control group were given Fluoxetine. One and a half month was a course. The integrals of symptoms and the changes of related lab targets before and after therapy were observed.2.32 mice are classified into 4 groups, one group is normal group, the other 3 groups are made to models that get Depression complicated with rheumatoid arthritis.mice in treatment group were given Bushenhuoxuejieyu decoction, in control group were given Fluoxetine while in model group were given water. Three weeks was a course. The changes of CRH, ACTH, CORT after therapy were observed and contrast with the normal group.Consults:1.The therapeutic efffect is 93.75% in treatment group and 80% in controlgroup with a very significant differecence between the two group (P<0.01) Meanwhile, two groups had significant differences before and after treatment.Furthermore, their Lack of concentration and dryness of mouth have been improved obviously in treatment group while no effect in controlgroup.The patients in treatment group got better score of improvinging weakness and Morning stiffness, (P<0.05), but the two groups has little curative effect on improving Forgetness, Low spirit and Sleepiness.The therapeutic efffect in improving HAMD scores is 87.5% in treatment group and 80% in controlgroup with no significant differecence between the two group (P>0.05).The therapeutic efffect in treating RA is 90.62% in treatment group and 90% in controlgroup with no significant differecence between the two group (P>0.05)2. There are no significant differecence between the treatment group and the normal group in CRH score, other groups have significant differecence; the four groups all have significant differecence in ACTH and adrenal gland CORT; the four groups have no significant differecence in serum CORT.Consult:1.the Bushenhuoxuejieyu decoction that treating Depression complicated with rheumatoid arthritis by invigorate the kidney and promoting blood flow and release depression have improved the patients clinical symptoms, physical signs and laboratory index. which prove it correct that eficiency of kidney and stagnation of blood stasis is basic pathogenesis of Sjogren syndrome.2. The fact that the model group is in line with Depression complicated with collagen-induced arthritis in general state, Pathology and Experiment index shows the method of making animal model is successful; both Bushenhuoxuejieyu decoction and Fluoxetine can lower CRH, ACTH and adrenal gland CORT scores.futher, Bushenhuoxuejieyu decoction has a better effect than Fluoxetine; neither Bushenhuoxuejieyu decoction and Fluoxetine has effect to serum CORT.
