An Experimental Study Of The Effect On The ACTH,CORT And IL-1β In The Blood Of Depressed Model Rats By Guipi Decoction

Objective:Measurement of depression in rat blood,adrenocorticotropic Cortical hormone(ACTH),cortisol(CORT) and IL-1β(IL-1β) changes of the spleen to the soup in the treatment of depression in rats.Methods:The experimental method used to copy chronic stress rat model of depression.Experimental animals were divided into blank group, model group,optimal solution group and Guipi soup high,medium and low dose group.Observation of body weight in rats,and open boxes in accordance with experiments conducted on rats behavior detection.The first 42 days in the experimental rats were sacrificed,femoral artery blood, separation of plasma,serum,measured by radioimmunoassay using rat plasma ACTH,CORT and IL-1βlevels.Results:Compared with the blank group,model group,the slower pace of growth of rat body weight,open-field experiments the number of horizontal movement and vertical movement reduced,blood ACTH,CORT, IL-1βlevels increased.Tom Guipi in each group and the group optimal solution to increase the growth rate of body weight and movement of open box test scores,and can reduce the blood ACTH,CORT,IL-1βlevels.Conclusion:Guipi Decoction on chronic stress-induced irritation in rats the role of an antidepressant,which may be corrected through the HPA-axis hyperfunction,regulating the immune system to achieve.In this study,its clinical applications are in a certain amount of experimental evidence.
