Objective:Observation movement on the APN,TNF-α,IR and ET-1 of the myocardial of hypertensive rats, and to explore appropriate exercise on the prevention of complications of hypertension and effect and mechanism for the prevention and treatment of hypertension and its complications and provide a theoretical basis.Methods:16 male SHR rats, eight Wistar rats (WT), SHR rats were randomly divided into quiet control group (SHR) and sports (SP) 8. SP group daily 90-minute swim without load movement, the 5th week, eight weeks. Observation eight weeks after APN, TNF-α, IR and ET-1 et al biochemical indicators of exercise on SHR rats.Result:(1)After eight weeks of test, the blood pressure of quiet group SHR rat was significantly higher than before(P<0.01), the blood pressure of exercise group SHR rat was slightly higher than before,but have no significance(P>0.05), the blood pressure of exercise group SHR rat was significantly lower than the quiet group SHR rat(P<0.01). It shows that exercise can delay the increase in blood pressure in SHR rats. exercise group SHR rat body weight was significantly lower than quiet group SHR rat(P<0.01). It shows that exercise can reduce the weight of SHR rats.(2)After eight weeks of test, SHR rats serum APN concentration was significantly lower than non-hypertensive rats, hypertension can raise the level of serum APN. After eight weeks of swimming exercise,exercise group SHR rats serum APN significantly higher than quiet group SHR rats(P<0.05),but still significantly lower than quiet groupWistar rats(P<0.01); exercise can raise the APN of SHR rats,but can't reach the level of non-hypertensive rats. (3)After eight weeks of test, quiet group SHR rats serum TNF-αconcentration significantly higher than quiet groupWistar rats, After eight weeks of swimming exercise, exercise group SHR rats serum TNF-αsignificantly lower than quiet group SHR rats,but no significance with quiet groupWistar rats; Hypertension can raise the serum TNF-αconcentration of rats, exercise can reduce the serum TNF-αconcentration of rats.(4)After eight weeks of test, hypertensive rats IR level was significantly higher than non-hypertensive rats, After eight weeks of swimming exercise, exercise group SHR rats HOMA-IRsignificantly higher than quiet group(P<0.01); With the hypertensive state the IR increased, exercise can reduce hypertensive rat's IR, but can't go back to non-hypertensive state.(5)After eight weeks of test, quite group SHR rats plasma ET-1 concentration significantly higher than quite group Wistar rats, After eight weeks of swimming exercise, exercise group SHR rats ET1 concentration significantly lower than quite group SHR rats(P<0.05); Hypertension can raise the plasma ET-1 concentration,exercise can reduce the hypertensive rat's plasma ET-1 concentration.Conclusion:(1)SHR rats has low concentration of APN , inflammatory reaction,IR and vascular endothelial cell damage.(2)Long-time appropriate and regular exercise can significantly inhibit the SHR blood pressure further increased,also can mitigate the hypertension, while exercise can inhibit increase of the body weight of SHR rats .(3)Long-time appropriate and regular exercise can significantly raise the SHR rat's serum APN concentration, enhance the effects,reduce the TNF-αand ET-1 concentration, improve IR, to prevent and reduce high blood pressure have a positive effect.
