| 1 ObjectiveNon-alcoholic fatty liver disease in traditional Chinese medicine is still at an exploratory stage. For example, the name of disease, syndrome classification has not been yet unified, and treatment has yet to be standardized. This disease include non-alcoholic fatty liver (ie, simplistic fatty liver), non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and NASH-related hepatocirrhosis. This dissertation mainly concerns about the symptoms of the non-alcoholic simplistic fatty liver disease, tongue and pulse characteristics, rule of syndromes through the investigation of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease epidemiology, under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine basic theory, combining syndrome differentiation theory and application of modern statistical factor analysis method, and thus for further clinical diagnosis and treatment, will provide some objective basis.2 Contents and methodsThis thesis mainly consists of three reviews and clinical research, and also includes Western diagnostic criteria, questionnaire, statistical data and the analysis results.Three summaries include the progress of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in modern research, the progress of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in Traditional Chinese medicine research and the progress of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in Syndrome research. This increases awareness of the disease so as to provide better guiding role in clinical research.Clinical research questionnaires provided by the mentor, has collected four Chinese medicine consultation, some physical and chemical test results of 265 cases of simple fatty liver, mainly including body mass index, waist circumference, dietary habits, major diseases combined, and related symptoms and Tongue veins. The study results have been gained by use of statistics factor analysis, frequency analysis and other statistical methods. In Clinical studies, the statistical data has been analyzed by reference to "guide TCM clinics of digestive disease", "non-alcoholic fatty liver disease clinics Guide (revised in February 2006)", and "standard of Chinese Syndrome curative effect". 3 Results3.1 Age and gender distribution:168 cases of male account for 63%, while 97 cases of female account for 37%. Men in the 20-50 years of age possess the large proportion to non-alcoholic simplistic fatty liver disease; Between 30-40 years of age occupy the most. Women among the 50-79 age groups own the larger proportion, and between 50-60 years of age accounts for the largest share.3.2 Combined diseases include obesity, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, diabetes, each ratio of which is 67.5%,63.8%,18.5%,7.5%. Obesity is at top. The proportion of women is 33.5%, while that of men is 66.5%. Among patients with hypertension, males accounts for 46.9%, female 53.1%. Patients with hyperlipidemia consist of 58.6% of male and 41.4% of women. Diabetes, men accounts for 35%, while women is 65%.3.3 Patients with Non-alcoholic simplistic fatty liver like eating meat, meat and sweets, spicy, sweet, sweet and spicy meat. The proportion of preference to meat is 23.4%, at top.3.4 The cases and integral ranks the top 10 for symptoms of non-alcoholic simplistic fatty liver patients are burnout and fatigue, bitter taste and dry throat, dysphoria irascibility, dark complexion, vexation, dizziness, insomnia, yellow urine, chest distress, and sallow complexion.3.5 Tongue and pulse of non-alcoholic simplistic fatty liver disease come in the top 10 are string, red or dark red tongue, slip, tongue tired, pale or scalloped tongue, thready, thin fur yellow, dark purple tongue or petechiae, white, and rapid pulse.3.6 Through factor analysis, the following seven syndromes have been obtained:liver stagnation turning into fire, spleen deficiency; spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation; deficiency of liver and kidney yin; liver qi stagnation and blood stasis; liver stagnation and spleen deficiency; spleen deficiency; blood stasis. Location of non-alcoholic simplistic fatty liver disease is mainly distributed in the liver, spleen.4 Conclusions4.1 Men with earlier onset age is related to the factors of improper diet, L. carnivorous, spicy, sweet, alcohol, and no attention to reduce weight. Women aged 50 years later have higher incidence due to post-menopausal hormone levels change.4.2 The most in combined diseases is obese, and the second is hyperlipidemia. Therefore, obesity is an important factor associated with the this disease.4.3 Non-alcoholic simplistic fatty liver disease with the most dietary factors is relevant addicted carnivorous, which is associated with today's living standard, eating high-fat diets, high calorie diet, and dietary excess.4.4 Through factor analysis, the following syndromes have been obtained:liver stagnation turning into fire, spleen deficiency; spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation; deficiency of liver and kidney yin; liver qi stagnation and blood stasis; liver stagnation and spleen deficiency; spleen deficiency; blood stasis. Mainly related organs are liver and spleen, pathological factors include heat, dampness, qi stagnation. Deficiency syndromes include spleen deficiency and yin deficiency. |
