Purpose:This topic is utilizes Chinese medicine Fu Tan the evil theory, wants to feed through the ApoE-/- mouse fat Gansu feed causes the hyperlipemia and to the blood fats, the ICAM-1 protein expression influence, discusses hyperlipemia's Fu Tan the etiology essence.Method:Will carry the ApoE-/- mouse to divide into 2 groups with the stochastic tables law, similarly divides into the C57BL/6J mouse 2 groups, altogether 4 groups, each group of 10. Respectively by the normal feed, the fat Gansu feed feeds. Through biochemistry examination, compared with each group of mouse blood serum in total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) level and ICAM - 1 protein expression change.Result:Feeds 8 weeks later, compares with A group of mouse, B,C,D, each group of mice in TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C the aspect have the extremely significance difference(p<0.01), With B,C group compare, D group of mouse in TC, TG, LDL-C the aspect has the extremely significance difference(p<0.01), but in the HDL-C aspect, D group compares with B group, has the extremely significance difference(p<0.01), Compares with C group, the difference does not have the significance(p>0.05). In the diet intervention situation, other each group of ICAM - 1 expression markup. Conclusion:The research demonstrated that ApoE-/- (congenital talent insufficiency) may induce Fu Tan (hyperlipemia) occurrence; regardless of the fat Gansu diet may induce Fu Tan to ApoE-/- to the normal mouse (hyperlipemia) occurrence; ApoE-/- and the fat Gansu diet intervenes may induce serious Fu Tan (hyperlipemia) the occurrence together, and the sole factor intervention hastens obviously.
