| Purpose:Observation of cardiac Tongmai Tang Qi deficiency and blood stasis treatment of chronic heart failure clinical efficacy and safety to explore the treatment of cardiac Tongmai soup mechanism of chronic heart failure,clinical use as a guide to provide a reliable theoretical basis.Material and method:Qi deficiency and blood stasis in patients with chronic heart failure randomized controlled by 40 cases of law were randomly divided into two groups,control group(20 cases) the use of conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group(20 cases) in the control group based on the use of strong Xintong Decoction,4 weeks of treatment.Observed before and after treatment efficacy in patients with heart failure,cardiac function, TCM Syndrome points,single points of TCM Syndrome,the patient's quality of life to improve the situation.Results:1.Qiangxin Tongmai soup conventional Western medicine combined therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in patients with heart failure, compared with the control group were significantly different(P＜0.05);2.Qiangxin Tongmai soup conventional Western medicine combined therapy can significantly improve cardiac function in patients with heart failure classification,compared with the control group were significantly different (P＜0.05);3.Qiangxin Tongmai soup joint conventional Western medicine can significantly improve the treatment of Chinese medicine in patients with heart failure syndrome points,compared with the control group were significantly different (P＜0.05);4.Qiangxin Tongmai soup joint conventional Western medicine can significantly improve the treatment of heart failure syndrome in patients with single points of Chinese medicine in the heart palpitations,shortness of breath,chest tightness,surface floating limb swelling,fatigue fatigue syndrome five Chinese medicine in the individual compared with the control group There was a(?)ignificant difference(P＜0.05);5.Qiangxin Tongmai soup conventional Western medicine combined therapy can significantly improve the quality of life in patients with heart failure, compared with the control group were significantly different(P＜0.05);6.Two groups of patients with no adverse reactions after treatment on cardiac Tongmai soup of toxic side effects on the human body did not,is safe and effective.Conclusion:The treatment of cardiac Tongmai Tang Qi deficiency and blood stasis in patients with chronic heart failure is effective and can significantly improve the efficacy in patients with heart failure,clinical symptoms and quality of life. |
