| Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of recipe in treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint.Methods: the treatment of 64 cases of traumatic synovitis of knee joint were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in the treatment group were treated with oral Decoction of Chinese medicine experience for treatment, which is composed of: from coix seed 50 g, Atractylodes 20 g, orange peel 20 g, Cortex Phellodendri chinensis 15 g, Plantago 15 g, Alisma 15 g, Poria 15 g, DL 15 g, Achyranthes root 15 g. 15 g composition of Caulis spatholobi. Dosage: water fried take juice 300 ml, daily points 3 times oral, 3 weeks as a course of treatment; 32 cases in control group were treated with oral Huamoyan granule for treatment, its basic composition is: Prunella vulgaris, Ligustrum lucidum, Mahonia, astragalus root, tetrandra root, coix seed, Poria cocos, loofah, Ze Lan, salvia, angelica, Radix cyathulae, xixiancao. Dosage: 3 times a day, each time 1 bag, boiling water, 3 weeks as a course of treatment. Two groups of patients during clinical observation and research are required to take shelter from the wind cold, pay attention to rest, to stop taking other drugs, and were not given other treatment method.Results: the treatment group 26 cases were cured, 5 cases improved, 1 cases ineffective, cure rate is 81.35%, effective rate 96.88%; control group 17 cases were cured, 13 cases improved, 2 cases ineffective, cure rate is 53.12%, efficiency 93.75%. Cure rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, there was significant difference by statistical treatment(P<0.05), the effective rates of two groups had no significant difference by statistical treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: oral experience has good curative effect for the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint. |
