And then, the survey of TAS and GSES were done.Results:1.Test anxiety state of testee There was test anxiety in all testee with 26% of mild anxiety, 62% of moderate anxiety, and 12% of serious anxiety.2.Test anxiety change after intervention Compared with that of pre-intervetion, test anxiety levels of hypnosis and relaxation groups decreased obviously(p<0.05). And after intervention, the test anxiety level in the hypnosis group was lower than that in the relaxation group(p<0.05).3. Self-efficacy change before intervention Compared with that of the control, the self-efficacy levels in the hypnosis and relaxation groups decreased markedly(p<0.05), and especially the later group.4.Test anxiety and self-efficacy change after intervention There was negative correlation between the test anxiety and self-efficacy in the two treating groups(hypnosis group: r =-0.860,P=0.000; relaxation group, r =-0.621,P=0.000). Compared with those in the control, self-efficacy in the hypnosis and relaxation groups increased markedly(Both Ps 0.000<0.05), while test anxiety level decreased obviously, and there was no significant difference between these two groups.Conclusions:1.Both hypnosis and relaxation treatments can effectively relieving test anxiety.2.Both hypnosis and relaxation can increase self-efficacy of university students.3.There is negative correlation between test anxiety and self-efficacy.4.The pre-effect of relaxation reliving anxiety is better than that of hypnosis, and deuteric effects of hypnosis is better than that of relaxation.
