Objective:In this study,we investigated the clinical feasibility of somatosensory music therapy in the treatment of anxiety symptoms in pro-forma pro-school students in clinical randomized controlled trials. Methods:To prepare for the 2017 National Postgraduate Examination in Binzhou Medical College and Binzhou College in 2016-2017Candidates were asked to count their Anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS),which scores higher on the SAS standard Of the 50 students who volunteered for the study,66 were selected for the study with scores ranging from high to low,and 62%were selected by random. The scale method divided the subjects into observation group and experimental group. The observation group prepares the examinee to take a time to rest the purely closed eyes every day,and the experimental group of students take the time to take the somatosensory music therapy to the rehabilitation medical department of the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College every day.The two groups of pre-test students before treatment, and after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, respectively, the Anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS),Symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90)and the examination Test anxiety test(TAI)self-test to assess their own subjective anxiety. Results:After 10 days of treatment, there was no significant change in SAS score in the two groups(P>0.05).After 20 days of treatment, the SAS score in the experimental group decreased significantly(P<0.05).After 10 days and 20 days of treatment, the TAI scores of the experimental group were significantly lower, with statistical differences(P<0.05),but not significantly lower in the control group(P>0.05).After 10 days and 20 days of treatment, the SCL-90 score was significantly lower in the experimental group(P<0.05),but not in the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, after 10 days of treatment,SAS score was not significantly reduced, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After 20 days of treatment,SAS,TAI and SCL-90 scores were significantly reduced, with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Somatosensory music therapy has a positive effect on preparing test students for test anxiety, which can reduce candidates’ test preparation pressure and enable them to exert their full potential in the examination room and avoid lowering scores due to psychological factors.
