Yin Of Dual Complement Clinical Studies Of The Hemostatic Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis And Hematuria

Purpose: To objectively evaluate the clinical observation of double up and Yin of the Treatment of bleeding in chronic Hematuria glomerular nephritis.Methods: Mainly collected in clinic with gross hematuria in chronic glomerulonephritis (diagnostic criteria consistent with hematuria, Qi and Yin deficiency type) cases a total of 60 cases. By collecting serial numbers, were randomly divided into two groups, and Yin double up on the bleeding side group (treatment group): 30 cases; nephritis capsule group (control group) 30 cases. Observe relevant indicators, the observed results were analyzed using statistical software, the corresponding results obtained.Results:①The clinical symptoms were significantly improved: the treatment group before and after treatment with TCM Hou significant difference in efficacy of the control group nocturia no obvious improvement. Microscopic examination of urine from centrifugation. ⑥Changes of red blood cells, before treatment, microscopic examination of urinary red blood cells in urine centrifuge results showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). The treatment group and control group urine occult blood results were significant group differences (P <0.05, P <0.05), between the two groups, treatment and control groups were significantly different (P <0.05).Conclusion: The double up and Yin bleeding side effects with nephritis capsule were significantly different from the comparison between the two, and Yin double up on the bleeding obvious side effects.
