Clinical Observations, Of Clearing Away Heat And Stop The Bleeding Side Treatment Ovulation Bleeding

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yangyinqingrezhixue Formula (YF for short) on treating Ovulation Bleeding, to explore the possible mechanism and provide scientific basis for the clinical application of it.Methods:40 cases of Ovulation Bleeding were divided into two groups randomly as Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment group and western-medicine control group, each of them contained 20 cases and was given YF and Diethylstilbestrol (DS for short) respectively for orally taking. Both groups started at 10th ?2 day during the menstrual period and lasted 7 days, a course contained three menstrual cycles, we valuated the clinical effect of each group after a course and chose hemostatic effect, scores of the clinical symptoms before and after the treatment as the observing indexes.Results:l.The recovery rate of YF is 40%, the total effective rate is 90%; which of DS is 15% and 60% respectively. By means of statistics analysis, there is statistical difference between these two groups on the clinical effect (P<0.05). It states that the clinical effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.2.On the hemostatic effect, the effective rate of YF is 85%, the effective rate of DS is 55%. There is statistical difference between these two groups (P<0.05). It shows that the hemostatic effect of YF is better than that of DS.3.Both groups can ameliorate correlate clinical symptoms in certain level, especially the treatment group (P<0.01). Comparing each group on the same symptoms after treating, the treatment group has significant difference from the control group on the amelioration of hemostatic effect, dizziness and tinnitus, vertigo, constipation, yellow urine, etc. (P<0.05), there is no significant difference between the two groups on the amelioration of the other symptoms (P>0.05).4.The investigation of the relative factors and the clinical effect shows that the effect is relevant to age, patient's state, stage and course of the illness. The clinical effect of the younger, slighter state, lower stage and longer course is probably better than the others.Conclusion:YF can treat Ovulation Bleeding and ameliorate the correlate symptoms through its good hemostatic function and regulating the body as a whole. The mechanism may be relevant to the function of YF on regulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis and improving the general immunological function.
