Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Occult Nephritis With Hematuria By Invigorating The Spleen And Kidney To Stop Bleeding

Purpose:By collecting the relevant data,the clinical effect of supplementing spleen and kidney hemostasis,which was mainly used for the treatment of occult nephritis,was evaluated.Material and method:Collected 60 cases of type of syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,disease diagnosis of occult nephritis patients with hematuria as the main performance of relevant data,using randomized controlled method,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases,in addition to fight infection,low salt,low fat,high quality protein food,basic guide,such as modern refreshed and routine treatment way take jade renal dew lay the basis of party oral,control group to the traditional nephritis three oral rehabilitation 5 pills,treatment of 4 weeks.The whole process needs to be sorted out and recorded two groups of patients before and after the healing of relevant research data(main symptoms,signs,routine urine,urine sediment experiment RBC count change,liver,kidney function,etc.),through the analysis software,and the conclusion.Results: 1.In TCM syndromes,there were 30 cases in the treatment group,0 cases of clinical recovery,5 cases with effective effect,24 effective cases and 1 case of ineffective treatment,and the total effective rate was 96.67%.In the control group,there were 0 cases of clinical recovery,30 cases with 0 cases,20 effective cases and 10 invalid cases.The total effective rate was 66.67%.2.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05)in terms of the single symptom of Chinese medicine(lumbar spine pain,fatigue and fatigue,loose stool,frequent night urination,nastiness and complexion).3.In terms of the efficacy of western medicine,3 cases of clinical control of the treatment group were controlled,15 cases were achieved,11 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 96.67%.In the control group,1 case was controlled,9 cases were developed,16 were effective,4 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86.67%.Efficacy of treatment group was superior to control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of occult nephritis hematuria(spleen kidney qi deficiency syndrome)is satisfactory,and the side effect is small,and can be taken safely,which is worth promoting.
