Western Medicine Before And After The Combined Treatment Of Vegf, Tnf-a Related Discussion, Threatened Abortion

Objective: Observed before and after treatment of serum tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) levels in and to further explore the relationship with threatened abortion.Methods: Observation in line with standards of diagnosis and syndromes in patients with 30 cases of threatened abortion as a treatment group, a separate voluntary termination of pregnancy required 30 cases of normal pregnant women as control group, using combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment, testing before and after treatment groups of serum TNF - a, and VEGF levels.Results: After treatment, the total efficiency of 83.33%, of which 63.33% cure rate, markedly effective rate was 13.33%, efficiency 3.33%, 16.67% inefficiency.①In patients with threatened abortion TNF-a mean of 36.24±9.94pg/ml, VEGF average of 73.81±26.63pg/ml, and normal pregnancy group TNF-a (26.31±7.37pg/ml) , VEGF (99.29±19.53pg/ml) compared, the difference was significant(both p<0.01).②Miscarriage after successful treatment of TNF-a mean of 25.51±9.19 pg / ml, VEGF mean 101.52±24.90 pg / ml, and the Baotai successful pre-treatment levels of TNF-a (35.64±10.33 pg / ml), VEGF (76.47±25.26 pg / ml), the difference was significant (both p<0.01).③Baotai losers before treatment TNF-a mean of 38.56±7.90pg/ml, VEGF average of 56.49±18.86pg/ml, and normal pregnancy, TNF-a (26.31±7.37pg/ml), VEGF (99.29±19.53 pg / ml) compared, the difference was significant (both P<0.01), successful treatment with miscarriage before the TNF-a levels (35.64±10.33 pg / ml), VEGF (76.47±25.26 pg / ml), the difference was not significant(both p>0.05).④Miscarriage after successful treatment of TNF-a average of 25.51±9.19 pg / ml, VEGF average 101.52±24.90 pg / ml, with the losers Baotai mean TNF-a after treatment 38.96±9.11, VEGF average 80.46±31.90pg/ml, TNF-a show that the difference was significant(p<0.01), VEGF show that the difference was not significant(p>0.05).Conclusion: Maternal peripheral blood of patients with threatened abortion of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) levels than normal pregnant women was significantly higher, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) was significantly reduced; but after miscarriage after the success of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) to reduce the level of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) level increased; prompted the abnormal expression of both content and threatened abortion related morbidity and the final outcome. Therefore, TNF-αand VEGF may be to explore the cause of spontaneous abortion, early diagnosis and treatment of a new idea.
