Purpose: To study the drug laws of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of malignant tumor bleeding in hospitalized patients.Material and method: The study was a reviewing trial . Analyse the treatment laws on 36 cases of hemorrhage in patients with advanced malignant tumors, whose general physical performance status, blood type, clinical symptoms and tongue, pulse, overall survival period and survival time after treatment, the use of cycles and hemostatic treatment were analysed.Results:1. 36 cases were complicated with hemorrhage, accounting for 1.822 percent over the same period in patients.2. For the less bleeding, less malignant disease hospitalized patients, it can be applied to oral traditional Chinese medicine to stop bleeding, for the amount of bleeding and more serious condition who can not eat, the application of Western medicine to stop bleeding treatment can be the only way to stop bleeding, for those between two situations in the application of patients between the Chinese medicine Oral bleeding at the same time a means to combine Western medicine to stop bleeding.3. Hemorrhage of digestive system was in a poor prognosis.Conclusion:1. The treatment with Chinese Herbal therapy for hemorrhage in tumors was decided according to the status of patient's condition;2. The improvements in the route of Chinese Herbal hemostatic medicine is the subject of future research.
