.49 Cases Of Arthroscopic Repair Meniscus Treatment Experience

Purpose: Case Summary through the joint meniscus repair experience and Treatment.Material and method: 49 cases of meniscus injury after meniscal repair line of cases were retrospectively analyzed, in which use of suture from outside to inside, from the inside out suture method, an implantable device repair method, using two microscopic examination, MRI Check, Lysholm knee function score evaluation.Results:1. 36 cases of 49 cases were followed up from 6 months -2 years, an average of 14 months, 4 of which a routine two arthroscopy, 12 routine MRI examination, I applied Lysholm knee function score evaluation.2. Four cases of microscopic examination satisfactory effect, 12 cases of superior efficacy of MRI examination of 11 cases, 36 patients from preoperative mean Lysholm score (59±3.4) points, increased to an average of (88.2±1.9) points, excellent and good rate was 86.1% (31 / 36).Conclusion:Meniscus repair has become a routine arthroscopic surgery type, a reasonable grasp of the appropriate surgical indications and choice of surgical approach is to determine the key to success, as long as a reasonable grasp of indications and skilled to suture, Arthroscopic meniscus repair is a can achieve good efficacy.
