Southern Jiangxi Base Areas Poor Students Of The Colleges Of Personality Analysis And Countermeasures

From 1998 with the reform of tuition fees in colleges and universities, for various reasons especially the problems of Three Rural Issues and employees laid off, the poor students are getting more and more each year. Ganzhou lying in the south of Jianxi province, also called the south of Gan, is a well-known revolution district as well as a typical undeveloped area. It has jurisdiction over 18 counties, among which there are 8 national impoverished counties. Ganzhou has 3 colleges and universities at present: Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, Gannan Normal University, Gannan Medical University. It is an essential current situation that the higher education in Ganzhou is relatively inferior and also it is an uncontradictable fact that the number of poor students is large, moreover the situation of which is complex. This paper is trying to base the advice and suggestions of improving the poor university students'personality upon the investigation in three universities. This paper mainly adopts document research, interviewing method, questionnaire method and etc.The paper could be divided into four parts.The fist part is an introduction, briefly introducing the background information of the research, summarizing the achievement of predecessors, defining the conception, explaining the logic and method of research.The second part is about personality. It discusses the theme from three aspects: personality, sound personality and the sound personality for university studentsThe third part starts with the situation of Ganzhou and its universities, then discusses and analyzes the existing circumstances of the university students'personality through investigation and interview.The forth part is the main body, discussing the advice and suggestions for improving the personality of university students from the aspect of nation, university and poor students.
