With the "Chinese internationalization" of the development of foreign language teachers in such a special group gradually moved into our line of sight. Foreign language teachers as an emerging human resources, was sent to every corner of Chinese language promotion and going, they are both Chinese language and Chinese culture, disseminator, but also China, South Korea's ambassador for cultural exchanges between the two countries. Therefore, this special group of foreign language teachers is worthy of our attention. As a human resources will have to go through from human to human resources transformation process. In this process, and their need for foreign language teachers, the full integration of the social environment in which to really go into the South Korean society in order to give full play to its social function reflect its social values, assume their due social functions.This study consists of three parts:The first part is habit Field Theory, specifically including the three points:The meaning of the concept of Field; Accustomed to the concept of habit; Field and customary learning relationship. This is the theoretical basis of this study was sorting out.The second part is the social integration of foreign language teachers, empirical studies lag issues, mainly from the foreign language teachers in their own conditions, managers, management deficiencies, student groups, cognitive impairment three dimensions of "foreign language teachers, " the social integration of hysteresis conditions, to investigate the cause, and through analysis put forward: the lack of Chinese language teachers in their own terms, managers, management of cognitive bias, student groups, cognitive impairment is the result in "foreign language teachers," social integration of the three major hysteresis reasons.The third part is resolved, "foreign language teachers in" social integration issues sluggish thinking, puts forward three suggestions: To strengthen foreign language teachers in their own capacity-building;To strengthen foreign language teacher professional capacity-building; Managers structures, the Korean teachers exchange platform.The research data from the domestic perspective, on the foreign language teachers in this group of studies, mostly just from the management, cross-cultural communication or cultural conflicts to study. From a sociological perspective of foreign expertise of teachers, study the problem of social integration are rare.
