Xing Jie Ming Dynasty War, The Peninsular Kangwo

In the 1580s, viz. the Wan Li age of the Ming Dynasty,Toyotomi Hideyoshi unified the rule of feudal separation in Japan. Due to the explosive lust for power , Toyotomi Hideyoshi launched an invasion war on the North Korean Lee in April,1592.But,the weak troops of North Korea can not resist them,the emperor Li Xuan escaped to the border between China and North Korea, and turned to the government of Ming Dynasty for help.Ming government agreed to send troops to North Korea in order to help them resist the invasion of Japan. Ming Dynasty regarded this war as"Wan Li launched the War to Resist Japanese Pirates Aggression and Aid Korea". This war continued six years, which left a page of indelible in the history of China, Korea and Japan, and had a profound influence on the relationship among Ming, North Korea and Japan.Xing Jie,as an marshal of the war to aid North Korea in March.1597, managed provisions and funds for troops,to plan and operate the tottering foes. He was entrusted with a mission and took command at the critical moment.Because he learned predecessor's lesson fully, so he used military strategy freely, managed military strictly and handled matters carefully.Finally, he led Sino-korean forces to drive Japanese army away.Xing Jie was a critical person and anti-Japanese hero in Korean War in eyes of Chinese and North Korean. In addition, Xing Jie played an important role in post-war reconstruction and made major contribution to North Korea. Therefore,North Koreans set up Xuanwu Hall to commemorate him and blessing. This paper is around the war of Ming government aid to North Korea pirates,and personal narratives of Xing Jie as well.First, this article elaborates the background of the war of Ming government aid to North Korea pirates.After describes the process of the war,we comments the attitude and policies about Korean War between China and Japan. The most important point of this part is that we reveals and makes a completely comments on the reason of the dispute of Kan He trade between China and Japan,which is the core of war premature. Second, this paper describes Xing Jie's extraction and official career to pave for the appearance of him.So, we draw the influence of Xing Jie from Korean War from it. This part we focus on analyzing gentle and stern methods of Xingjie and praise his outstanding contribution in counter-insurgency turmoil of Tusi.Third, the third part is the most important part which describes the condition of Xing Jie in Korean War more completely. He made location of the war accurately, used military strategy freely, disciplined strictly and handled matters carefully, which made great contribution to the final victory. This part is detailed analysis the development and ending of the war objectively and also make a fair evaluation about Xing Jie's correct judgment at the critical moment of the war.Last, this part is about Xing Jie's opinion to the reconstruction of North Korea, and make objective judgment and inference. In addition, we make fair evaluation about the important position of Xing Jie in the Sino-korean relationship. This paper ends with the significance of the war of Ming government aid to North Korea pirates, and express our expectation of unity and peace. Lastly, we make detailed evaluation on Xing Jie. Throughout his life, we can draw that Xing Jie is a dedicated, honest and clean person.
