There is a long history of cultural exchange between China and Russia, people of the two countries learn from each other, creating a splendid culture. Cultural exchange between the two countries, both from the terms of breadth and depth, is incomparable to any other countries.From the analysis of culture and cultural exchange with the content, this paper describes the characteristics and impact of cultural exchange between China and Russia after the Cold War from four aspects.The first part focuses on the history of cultural exchange between China and Russia. By analyzing the historical origin of cultural exchange between China and Russia, we will have a clear understanding of the culture exchange history of the two countries, so as to lay a foundation for the below to discuss the status and significance of cultural exchange between China and Russia.The second part mainly describes situation and characteristics of the culture exchange after the Cold War between China and Russia. On this basis, there is a further analysis of the characteristics of the culture exchange, and focuses on the reasons for the rapid development of cultural exchange after the Cold War between China and Russia.The third part focuses on the impact of cultural exchange between the two countries. Therefore, we must notice the importance of cultural exchange to the relationship between the two countries to explore the ways to further enhance cultural exchange between China and Russia.The fourth part, the end of the article, focuses on the analysis of the problems in cultural exchange and describes measures to enhance cultural exchange between China and Russia. We can clearly see the importance of cultural exchange, but there are still many problems in culture exchange between the two countries. This section points out how to solve the cultural exchange problems in the future of the two countries and focuses on how to deal with these issues. Generally speaking, cultural exchange has become an indispensable and important factor in the development of relations between the two countries, and it opens up broad prospects for the future development of friendly cooperation in various fields. For the cultural exchange between the two countries in the"on the heat under the cold","the traditional cultural differences"and other issues, we should keep cold-headed and sensible, and on the basis of mutual respect and deepen understanding, give full play to the historical and cultural ties, strengthen cooperation and common development of the future of comprehensive strategic partnership of co-ordination.
