In Anti-Japanese War, the CPC and the KMT achieved the second cooperation each other to fight against the Japanese, but constant friction happened between them due to different political views. With the war was going, the army of KMT retreated back into the southwest China and the army of CPC went into the north China, the enemy-occupied areas. The KMT didn't want see the situation that the power of CPC was growing up, so the contradiction between them was increasing. This situation caused negative impact to the world war. The U.S, the one of the main allies of the World WarⅡ, kept going involved into the two parties because of the international military and political situations. Its purpose was becoming the dominant driving force in East Asia. However, the result was its policy toward China went into the dead end.
