In recent years, with instant development of China's market-directed economy, globalization, degree of informatization and intellectualization has been strengthened, demand for talents escalates at scale, level and direction. Problems such as employment, person-job matching suddenly become important issues concerned by all walks of life. This article aims to get a start in career decision-making self-efficacy, affective priming and self-regulation, to take the study of the process of undergraduates' career decision-making, in the hope of playing a role in carrying on employment guidence to undergraduates. This article takes on questionaire method and experimental method, choosing 407 subjects from Qufu Normal University and Ludong University to conduct research. Experimental data was proceed on spss17.0 to analyse.The conclusion shows that:Conclusion 1, Heterogeneous priming affection, especially positiveness affection, may have a prominence impact on undergraduates' career decision-making, but there is little difference in the process of career decision-making beween passivity affective priming group and control group.Conclusion 2, Different present formation of career attribute:separate present, parting present and together present have different impact on undergraduates' career decision-making process.Conclusion 3, different levels of undergraduates' career decision-making self-efficacy have different impact on their career decision-making process.Conclusion 4, In the process of career decision making, the number of optional career have impact on the processing time, search pattern and searching depth of subjects to career attribution. |
