This study focused on discussing the situation of college graduates' careerdecision-making and tried to find out the relationship among career decision-makinganxiety, career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision-making A attributionstyle, especially the influence of the latter two factors on the former one, so that we areexpecting to enrich researches of college graduates' career decision-making anxiety, andprovide the theoretical and practical bases for college counseling for graduates' careerdecision-making.Two questionnaires developed in this study were both proved to have goodreliability and validity and can be used to measure college graduates. One is CareerDecision-making Anxiety Questionnaire for College Students, which has four factorsinclude: lack of self-confidence, worry about job-seeking, worry about working conditionand worry about the work tasks. The other is Career Decision-making Attribution StyleQuestionnaire for College Students. It has six factors: personal quality, opportunity andluck, the knowledge for job-seeking, personal efforts, positive emotion and social support.The results show that total level of career decision-making anxiety of college graduates isnot very high, The main concern is worries about the working condition and work tasks;Students with different demographic characteristics have difference in careerdecision-making anxiety and its dimensions. Career decision-making self-efficacy canaffect career decision-making anxiety. Among career decision-making attribution styles,personal quality and social support have obvious correlation with career decision-makinganxiety.The tests of the models show that: attribution styles-personal quality and socialsupport ean influence career decision-making anxiety directly, and can influence itindirectly by career decision-making self-efficacy as well. Other attribution styles asopportunity and luck, knowledge for job-seeking, personal efforts, and positive emotioncan influence career decision-making anxiety indirectly by career decision-makingself-efficacy.
