Gabriel Urbain Faure (1845—1924) was French composer, organist, pianist and music educator.He was one of the french founder of the national music association.was a key figure in the French music history in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century.Faure's works include the opera, chamber music, drama, music, church music, orchestral, art songs and piano works, etc. Faure never stopped creating piano music in his all life. Not only created a wide variety of piano works and a large number. Piano works he created in France with a strong feature. Elegant style. Light melody. Piano works six Impromptus. Nine preludes, variations and improvisations Waltz. In particular, each outstanding is composed by 13 pieces of " Barcarolle" and "Nocturne". Thirteen " Barcarolle" is the core of Faure Piano Music.Faure was one who created the largest number of Barcarolle composers in the piano art history.
