Arts is human emotion expression, so the history of art is the epitome of human emotion history. As arts manifestation, oil painting is also the emotion expression of artists. KELION WUZZ thought that it is the genius arts that express the emotion of the artist. With the emergence of the postmodern and BOPO arts, the emotion expression of artists in the works is becoming fuzzy. The importance of emotion in arts had been completely ignored when Andy Wohur spread the opinion that everyone can be artist.How to reconstruct the bridge between arts and emotion expression is discussed in the paper. The relationship between oil language expression and the emotion performance is analyzed, and the factors influencing and constraining the emotion expression is seek out.The paper is about the significance, present situation and methods of research.Second, the difference of emotion performance language between oil painting and other arts is analyzed. The result shows that the sincere feelings expressing of artists is more important besides innovative techniques in the process of oil language development and innovation.Third, the opinion expressing examples in the classic oil paintings are analyzed. The different opinion performance are researched on among the innovative techniques in Renaissance, artists ideological emancipation in Romantic Period, the realization of personal value artists were pursuing after Impressionist period, the result shows artists emotion expressing is consist of the performance of universal human emotion and artists inner feeling.The important factors effect on the emotion expressing such as periods, nationality, regional and artists experience are analyzed, the result shows the different factors bring in different emotion expressing.There is nearly the emotion expressing in contemporary works of arts mainly because contemporary artists ignore the emotion expressing in past famous works. the perfect combination of form and technique is pursued, at the same time the emotion ought to be add to, so that the content of works is found.
