The war is disaster of human and the main factors which bring the huge culture change in the middle twenty century. It is the directly reasons which the Taiwan veteran brought out because the anti-Japanese war and external war between the nationalist party and the Chinese Communist Party. Taiwan veterans suffered isolation in the past several decades from their relatives, because of the nationalist party implemented blockade policy in Taiwan. Their feeling, thoughts and life track suffered tremendous change too. The purpose of Veteran Taiwan research keep the memory of the national war, deepening the understanding of the war, arousing strong ethos, trying to get another view of interpret history. It is very important that Promoting unity and the cross-straits relations and promote national patriotism.Writer cite life track theory, applying oral history, the anthropology field investigation combine literature methodology as a procedure of proved, as Taiwan veteran Gaozhuangwen a case. This article descript explanation detailedly, from the named Gaozhuangwen of Taiwan veteran whose participated Changsha anti-Japanese defense war at his young age to he pass through internal war between the nationalist party and the Chinese Communist Party, and he went along with the troops of Chiang kai-shek to Taiwan at last, from in order to that he came back to his hometown he went oversea to he got back to his hometown after he got away mainland thirty-five years. Giving a demonstration of the view of life track theory, the huge social change would affect seriously Life individual, individual and social implications are interrelated.Individual, family and country are interconnected closely. Although Taiwan veteran were Taiwan or abroad, but their root were mainland. The mainland culture affected deeply them. The meaning "blood thicker than water" shows that there is a dialectical and unitary relation among the Taiwan veteran and mainland people.
